How do I add a candidate to a client's preferred candidates (without a petition from a client)?

You can add a candidates to the list instead of a client creating a petition for it.

To add a new candidate to the list, go to the Client Information >> Preferred List and click on the Add button.

Select the candidate, enter the reason (optional) and click Submit.
