To check the list of preferred candidates for a client, go to Clients >> All Clients >> eye icon against the client. On the Client Information page, go to Preferred List. You can see the candidates added to the preferred list here.

You can also see the list of clients a candidate has been added to as a Preferred Candidate from their profile.
