Please check if the username and password were correctly entered (no spaces at the start or end and the password is case-sensitive). 

If you are not sure about your password, you can reset it by clicking on the link in the email you received from your agency or clicking on Forgot Password? on the main screen of the App. You can refer to this article for instructions with screenshots.
