If your agency is posting jobs for public applications, you can find it by going to Jobs >> Search -

On the job listing, tap on the job card you want to view for more information. 

If the job matches your profile and requirement after you review it, you can tap Apply now to apply for it.

You will get a confirmation dialog box if you click Apply now to apply for the job.

Once you have applied for it, the job will move to the Awaiting Response section under My Jobs with a ‘Pending’ status until it’s actioned by the agency or has expired (given to another candidate or passed the expiry date now).
