If your agency is using the TempBuddy App, you should, in all probability, have already been registered by them on the platform. What you need to do now is to download the App from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS) depending on the device you own, and log into the App using the username your agency has created for you (it should be there on the set up email they may have sent you) and the password can be created by clicking on the Forgot password link on the App.
