When a worker has punched in as Available on the App (real time availability by clicking on 'Available Now' on the Dashboard and not the general availability), they will be shown in the Availability menu. When workers punch the Available Now button, it's for a period of 24 hours. If the admins enabled the Available Now email notification option from Settings >> Settings >> General, the recruiter owner will also get an email notification when a candidate has pressed this. You can use these candidates to fill up last minute jobs or if another candidate can't make it to work due to some reason.

You can also share with clients the list of candidates who are available.
