In order to trigger the GDPR consent email to ALL the candidates/clients, go to Settings >> GDPR Compliance >> GDPR Mass Emails >> Candidates / Clients >> cog icon >> Send request emails.

If you want to send/resend it to a single candidate, go to Candidates >> All Candidates >> eye icon against the candidate >> GDPR >> Resend email.
