At the end of your shift, you can see your timesheet on the Timesheets menu on the App. There are three tabs - In Progress, Pending and Sent, each meaning different things.

In Progress:

When your timesheet is in the In Progress tab, it means that your assignment is still ongoing and the agency has not generated the timesheet yet. Eg - multiple shifts in a week and the agency's timesheet generation is set for the end of the week OR an overnight shift that ends after the daily timesheet generation of that day so it has to go with the next day's timesheet generation.

Note - When your timesheet is in the In Progress tab, you will not get the option to get the timesheet signed yet (for agencies that allows Timesheet signature on site).

Pending:

The timesheet will move to the Pending tab at the end of the assignment OR after the agency has generated the timesheet. Eg - If you have finished all your shifts for the week, the timesheet will move to the Pending tab. You will also get the option to get the timesheet signed at this point.

Sent:

The timesheet will move to the Sent tab after you have submitted the timesheet (by getting it signed or by clicking on the Send for approval button) OR after the agency has sent the timesheet for client approval.

Once your timesheet is approved by the client, you will also see it on the Sent tab with an Approved stamp next to it.
