There may be a scenario wherein a worker submits a timesheet but the client doesn't agree with the time logged on the timesheet. TempBuddy has a Timesheet Dispute Feature that can be used in such scenarios to have the client and the worker come into an agreement.

To enable this feature, the Beta function has to be activated from your portal (Settings >> Settings >> Activate beta functions).

The client can reject the timesheet either from the web portal (X icon) or from the approval email (Reject button) and enter the reason for rejection.

Client portal:

Email:

After the client rejects the timesheet, the worker will be intimated via an email about the dispute.

Clicking on the link will redirect them to the TempBuddy web portal where they can check the clients' comments on the timesheet dispute. They have the option to enter their comments and then click Reply or click on Just Agree to agree to the clients' comments.

The client would be intimated via email when the worker replies/agree to the dispute. Clicking on the link will redirect them to the TempBuddy web portal where they can check the workers' comments.

The client also needs to click on the Just Agree button for the timesheet to be out of dispute.

Once this process is completed from both the candidate and the client's end, the timesheet will be editable at the recruiter portal again.

When there's an ongoing dispute on a timesheet, this is how it would be displayed on the recruiter portal -

Once the client and the worker reaches an agreement and they have both clicked on the Just Agree button, the option to Edit the timesheet and send it for client's approval (cog icon) will be back on the recruiter portal. Also note that the colour of the dispute icon changed from Yellow to Red.
