Please follow the steps below to import clients onto your system -

Click Settings >> On Boarding >> File Importing >> Clients

After clicking Client, you will get a similar page as below where you need to upload a CSV file of the list of client. Sample CSV format here. You can add more columns for additional locations/contacts as required.

Click Choose file (select the file from your computer) >> Start Importing

Drag the fields from the CSV Columns to Tempbuddy Columns under the right headings.

After all the fields are placed properly under the Tempbuddy Columns, click Save Associations.

The files will be uploaded. Once it is 100%, click Yes to insert another file, else click No.

Note: Please ensure that the Column headers are all unique (Eg - for multiple client contacts, it should be Contact1, Contact2, etc and for multiple locations, it should be Location1, Location2, etc).
