How do I edit/publish an online form to onboard workers?

After adding the new form, there’s an entry for it under Online Form. Here’s a look at what the various buttons and what they do.

Once you are satisfied with the form, you can share the URL/link with your workers so that they can fill up the form. Simply copy the URL by clicking on the link button as shown above. If you want to test the external link yourself, make sure you are using a different browser (e.g. – Mozilla) than the one you are already logged in to, or go Incognito on the Google Chrome browser.

If you want to create an 'Internal' form for your existing workers to gather additional information or upload new documents, you can turn the Is External option OFF. When candidates submit the form, you will get it on the Worker petition page under the Workers data updates tab as opposed to the New workers tab for the new workers (more on that here).
