Go to Settings >> Settings >> Timezone and select the correct timezone and click the Save button.

After having done that, you can check if it worked by going to Candidates >> All Candidates >> Choose a candidate and click on the eye icon to go to Candidate Information >> Calendar and check if the time you see there is the as per the timezone you selected.

Note: You can also manually change the candidate's timezone to a different one from their profile page above.
