Yes, you can! 

Simply follow the instructions below to add new candidates to an existing pool -

Candidates >> Candidate Pools >> Select the candidate pool you want to add the new candidates to >> Scroll down to the Candidate List >> Click Add members.

Also, if you want to delete a candidate from the pool, select the candidate you want to delete and click the Remove member icon.
