Follow the instructions below to add a new job -

Jobs >> Add New Job >> Fill up the required information and click Next.

Enter the details required on Step 2 and click Next.

** Here’s a little tip on how to fill up the Required Availability  field:

You can choose the date from the calendar (left pane) and plot the shifts by highlighting/dragging & dropping the shift hours for the day. You will see the dates/times plotted on the left pane; you can also see the dots on the calendar against the date which has the shifts plotted.

For recurring shifts, you can use the Repeat button.

Click Done after you have finished plotting the shifts.

On Step 3, enter the Billing information and click Next. You can use a pre-defined billing template or create one on the fly by clicking on New Template. More information on that here.

Select the details as per the job requirement on Step-4 and click Next.

On Step-5, select the details as per the job requirement and click Submit.

Use the zoom option on the browser if the labels are too small on your screen.
