You can advertise a job to a candidate pool in the following ways -

  1. Candidates >> Candidate Pools >> click the cog icon against the candidate pool you want to advertise the job to >> Advertise job

Enter the name of the job and click Next.

Make sure the candidates you want to advertise to are under Selected Candidates (you can drag and drop) -

Fill up all the boxes in Step 3 and click Next. (Application - job advert || Assignment - First come, first serve // job offer).

Enter any message to go with the advertisement (you can also attach files if required), then click Finish.

2. Job >> All Jobs >> Advertise to Pool icon against the job you want to advertise

Select the candidate pool you want to advertise the job to and click OK.

You will then be taken to the 4-step Advertise Job options as above.

3. From Step-5 of the Job Creation wizard.

Select the Advertise this job to a candidate Pool option, select the candidate pool you want to advertise the job to, and click Submit.

This will take you to the Advertise Job wizard. Follow through from Step-1 to Step-4 to advertise it to the pool.

4. From the Candidate Search result -

Select the candidates you want to advertise to and click on Actions >> Advertise Job.

Enter the name of the job (type at least 3 letters, select the job from the drop-down option) and click Next.

Review the list of candidates (note the selected pool is Custom Temporal Pool as it's not a saved candidate pool) and click Next.

Step-3 and Step-4 are the same as the first method.

Note: All candidates on the candidate pool might not show up on the list of candidates you are trying to advertise a job to. The possible reasons are similar to when candidates don't show up when you 'match candidates to jobs' like - Availability, Category mismatch (Job vs Candidate's), Compliance and Tags.
