Please find the steps below on how you can export payslips -

Pay & Bill >> PaySlip >> Export Payslip >> Fill up the required details and click Next (you can leave the Candidate Name field blank if you want to export payslip for all candidates).

Click Export on the next screen. This will trigger the download for the payslip in the format that you chose.

Another way to import it is as follows -

Pay & Bill >> PaySlip >> All PaySlips >> Click on the cog icon against the candidate you want to export the payslip for, and click the export format you require.

​Note: On the export date range, select the export end date as the payslip generation date+1 if you are trying to export specific payslips.
