Here’s how you can modify or add a new Comment Type -

Settings >> Custom Attributes

Scroll down to Comment types

→ To add a new comment type, click Add New

Fill up the required details and click Add.

→ To delete an existing comment type, click the Delete button.

Click OK to confirm deletion. 

→ To edit an existing one, click the Edit button.

Enter the new name and click OK.
