Here’s how you can add/delete an agency approver –

Go to Settings >> Users >> Approvers List

To add an approver, click on the Add New button.

Fill up the required fields and click Next.

Click Create new approver on the next screen.

To delete an approver, click on the cog icon against the approver you want to delete and click Delete this approver. 

Click Confirm to confirm the deletion.
