There are different ways and criteria that you can use while running a Candidate Search (Dashboard >>Candidate Search).

You can click on the down arrow on any of the fields to refine your search against the selected field.

Example below where we filter using the Category field -

You can use multiple fields at the same time to refine your search.

You can add more filters into the search by clicking on the More button to select other fields to search with, like Candidate pools, Compliance and custom attributes.

In the example below, I selected Candidate Pool from the list -

This allows me to choose which Candidate pool I want to base my search on.

If you'd like to redo your filters, click on the Clear filters option.
