There are different ways and criteria that you can use while running a Job Search (Dashboard >> Job Search).

You can click on the down arrow on any of the fields to refine your search against the selected field.

Example below where we filter using the Candidate -

You can use multiple fields at the same time to refine your search.

You can add more filters into the search by clicking on the More button to refine your search with custom attributes.

In the example below, I selected the Driver License attribute on the list to refine my search with.

If you'd like to redo your filters, click on the Clear filters option.
