When you receive any type of job from the agency, you will find them under Jobs >> My Jobs >> Action Required section.

Depending on the type of job, the action and communication may defer as below.

Confirmed Job:
If it’s a confirmed job from the agency’s end, you just need to acknowledge it. First, click on the View Details option.

Acknowledge it by clicking on the Got it button.

After you have taken the action, it will now move to the History section with a Confirmed status.

Job offer:

If it’s an offer but yet to be fully confirmed, you will have the option to either Accept or Decline the offer when you click View Details.

After you have accepted or declined the offer, tap OK to move back to the previous page.

If you had accepted the offer, it will move on to the Awaiting Response section with an On Hold status since it requires further action from the agency for it to be a fully confirmed assignment.

If you had declined the offer, it will move to the History section with a Not Interested status.

If it’s fully confirmed by you and the client, it will move to the History section with a Confirmed status as shown in the previous scenario.

Job Advert (application):
If it is a job advert you need to apply for, the job card will say ‘Are you interested in this job?’. Click on View Details for more information and action.

If you are interested, click Yes, I’m interested to be considered or Not interested if you want to opt out of it.

If you click Yes, I’m interested, you will get the dialog box below. Click OK to confirm.

Then click OK to move back to the previous screen.

The job will now move to the Awaiting Response section with a Pending status until its actioned by the agency.

If you tap the job card, you can see the job information and the status of the job.

The agency will review the applications received from all candidates and choose who to assign it to. You will receive a job offer if you are given the job. If your application is rejected, you will receive an alert for it too.

Click the Got it button to acknowledge it.

Job advert (first come-first serve):
If it is a job advert on a first come-first serve basis, the job card will say ‘You have a job offer!’ but the icon is that of a briefcase as opposed to the handshake. Click on View Details for more information and action.

You can either Accept or Decline the offer.

Once you have accepted the offer, it will move to the History section with a Confirmed status.

Additional Note:
When you receive an offer but it’s no longer possible for to accept/decline the offer/advert because it’s possibly given to another worker or passed the expiry date, it will move to the History section with an Expired status.

Tapping on the job card will give you more information.
