Explanation of the rating system in TempBuddy

TempBuddy has a 360° rating system wherein the agency, client and the candidate can leave their ratings after an assignment is finished. This can be switched ON from Settings >> Settings >> General

Ratings for Agency = Ratings email will be sent to job owner consultant if set to ON. Consultants will be asked to rate the worker

Ratings for Client = Ratings email will be sent to client if set to ON. Clients will be asked to rate the worker

Ratings for Worker = Ratings email will be sent to workers if set to ON. Workers will be asked to rate the agency and the client

These ratings are only visible for you on the recruiter portal and helps you choose those rated favourably by the client for future bookings. This helps you in keeping your top performers in regular employment according to their work preferences building candidate loyalty and retention.

The email to rate the assignments will be sent out to the candidate, client and agency (depending on the setting above) automatically when the timesheets are generated on the system.

Clicking on the link on the email will open up a rating page like the one below where they can rate and write comments.
