It is possible to send files to candidates or clients when you assign a job to a candidate.

On the Preview Communication Emails screen, click on Attach File.

Drop the files or click to browse to file the to upload.

You can see the uploaded files. Repeat the steps if you want to attach multiple files. Click Attach once done.

You can see the attached file on the email preview screen now. To send the email, click Send.

If you want to send files to the candidate, you can follow the same process as above, but click on the Candidate tab instead of the Client tab.
